Drivers buy a block of time up front. No gate arm, no exit billing, and no charge after the fact.
Enforcement by plate
A live board shows who is paid right now, and a plate lookup answers the only question that matters in the lot.
Run a lot?
Owners set their own rates: hourly steps, daily caps, overnight bands, and flat prices for event nights. Change a rate and the next quote uses it. Payments go to the lot's own Stripe account.
An account is free. Getting a lot live is still hands-on while payouts are being finished.
